    Default Ignorant people, holy f*(|<

    So this man called and his child's name was misspelled, so I was trying to put a request in to correct it, he was so rude, talked very fast and his accent was heavy I couldn't understand him. So I nicely asked him to repeat himself, and he started cursing, with all that is going on in my life I am really stressed out and upset so I wasn't in the mood when I was trying to be nice and help the shithead. So, I disconnected the call. Yes I know you aren't supposed to let personal life effect your job, but seriously it was just uncalled for.

    Discuss.

    I don't allow it here either. I tell all the girl's to tell them to have a great day and "click". Some go on to ask them to call back when they are in the mood to fix the issue @ hand in a polite manner.

    At my old place, I had a guy threaten me, another call my mother a whore, i've had my life threatened.

    We had a guy threaten to get some friends together and come down there and "Handle" another guy that worked there. He said this to the Claims Director. The claims Director said, "Sir, this office is staffed by ex Auto Mechanics, if you decide to come down here you are taking your life into your own hands"

    He never showed up. Was glorious.
